Officer Lance Pecone

Officer Lance Pecone has worked at the Clark County School District Police Department (CCSDPD) for more than seven years. He graduated from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania with a BS in Criminal Justice in 2009. Officer Pecone worked at a Therapeutic Children’s Home before getting into law enforcement. This role assisted youth needing mental and emotional assistance in a residential facility. He currently works as CCSDPD’s School Justice Partnership Coordinator within their training bureau. In this role, he works with community members to assist field officers in the use and access of alternatives to arrests for juveniles. He has also been involved in the department’s development of their Police Social Worker Program and a Crisis Intervention Team Training Program.
